We are an independent contractor of Spectrum Academy with no legal or business affiliation. The School cannot release or discuss student FERPA-protected information and documents with us (even with a release form signed by parents). Although we are completely separate entities with no association, we collaborate with the School to provide everything necessary to accommodate safe and entertaining child care services.

Yes. After completion of the required admission forms and payment of the one-time registration fee and payment of the before or after school tuition fee in which yuor child received our care. Auto-billing expedites this process for future care services.
No. We are unable to transport children to or from any school property.
Our activities include development in health and movement, language and communication, social and emotional learning, entrepreneurial skills, and family engagement. We participate in activities created by the Utah Afterschool Network (UAN) and VentureLab's entrepreneurial learning programs.
Children with all abilities between 5 and 13 years old and children with a disability between 5 and 17 years old (care ends on the 18th birthday).
1. Send a Request for Child Enrollment in the below Start Enrollment Now section.
2. Within 2 business days, look for the email invitation from Brightwheel (our child care management software) and complete and submit the online Admission Agreement and Health Assessment form (required by child care licensing).
3. Pay the $50 Enrollment Fee.
4. Attend the 15-minute virtual Enrollment Intake Meeting.
5. Select an Out-of-School Time Program Schedule for your child to attend (before, after, or before and after) and pay the respective child care Tuition Fee at least two weeks in advance.
We accept DWS Child Care assistance (including special needs and intensive supervision or care). During the application process, please inform the caseworker of your child's special needs and complete their required Form 923 Approval for Special Needs Child Care.
